The Brand Experience Center Conference is a tailored event designed for Brand Experience Centers, Brand Homes, Factory Tours and other locations creating and sharing unique stories. Ticket prices include the evening program with dinner on the first day, two full conference days, lunches and refreshments throughout the event:

Early bird ticket rate, until 15 November 2024: € 659,- (Excl. Belgium VAT)

Normal ticket rate: : € 759,- (Excl. Belgium VAT)

€ 918,39 (incl. Belgium VAT)

Due to the unique venue, the first Brand Experience Center Conference is limited to 120 attendees. Once all tickets are sold, we will maintain a waiting list. If demand exceeds our expectations, we may explore options for a larger venue. We will keep those on the waiting list informed of any updates.

Conference hotel

The Hilton Grand Place Brussels is just a 5-minute walk from the conference venue and a 10-minute walk from our networking event at Belgium Beer World. The hotel is conveniently located across from Brussels Central Station which makes it easily accessible by train. There is a direct train from Brussels airport. If you come by car, the hotel is located above the Grand Place parking garage. Brand Experience Center Conference participants can book rooms at a special rate. Hotel rooms subject to availability. Discounted rates are only available to registered delegates.
