As the Managing Director of LEGO’s brand lighthouse and ultimate fan experience, LEGO House, Kathrine Kirk Muff brings over 16 years of experience within the “LEGO ecosystem” to her role. Having led multiple corporate functions in the LEGO Group, KIRKBI and Ole Kirk’s Fond, Kathrine’s knowledge and understanding of the entire ecosystem runs deep.  Central to the Managing Director role is a continued collaboration with the wider leadership team in the LEGO Group, proactively working to reinforce the contribution of the LEGO House to the global LEGO ecosystem.

At LEGO House, Kathrine sets the direction for the future vision of the pinnacle LEGO brand experience, which has grown significantly since opening in Billund, Denmark in 2017 and has welcomed over 1.5 million guests. Kathrine ensures that organisation delivers a world-class guest experience for LEGO fans of all ages, every opening day. At the same time positioning LEGO House as the ultimate bucket-list experience for LEGO lovers from all corners of the globe is considered essential to sustainable growth.

As Managing Director, she leads the way for new ideas, experiences, and approaches via a one-team mentality, always inspiring the organisation to take the official Home of the Brick to the next level.  Kathrine is passionate about ensuring the principles of Learning-Through-Play are ever-present in the LEGO house, working closely with the LEGO Foundation to secure that the LEGO House experience is highly purpose driven, for both the LEGO brand and for the guests.
